Biography
I am Srividhya Sundaram, a Director at Morae, working in client services within eDiscovery.
In my role, I serve as a Subject Matter Expert, bridging requirements and solutions with the operational capabilities of our talented team to deliver exceptional quality to our clients.
With over 20 years of experience in the banking and accounting sectors, I bring diverse knowledge to the legal services industry. I have led global projects in litigatory investigations, banking and regulatory compliance, early case assessments, and factual chronology builds. My expertise includes areas such as anti-money laundering, KYC and CDD, structured finance, fixed-income derivatives, asset-backed securities (ABS), and collateralized debt obligations (CDO). I am also a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council and lead the India Chapter of the Women’s Employee Resource Group.
