I lead the development of the full product lifecycle of new and existing solutions, establishing and maintaining product roadmaps that balance short-term needs with long-term vision. Additionally, I collect and analyze customer feedback to improve solutions and products, engage directly with key clients to understand their needs and validate product concepts, and partner with sales and marketing to articulate product value and drive revenue growth.
With over two decades of experience in product management and leadership, I have worked across multiple industries, including financial services, telecommunications, and cybersecurity. At organisations such as BAE Systems, SymphonyAI, and Nokia, I have led the development and lifecycle management of award-winning global solutions, driving revenue growth and enhancing client satisfaction. Notably, I have successfully launched AI-powered financial solutions, cloud-hosted compliance platforms, and mobile applications and hardware across global markets.
