I am Nicola Stott. I am responsible for driving and growing Morae’s Commercial Managed Solutions Division. I lead a multi-skilled team of legal professionals who are committed to solving business problems for our law firm and corporate clients globally.
Prior to Morae, I was proudly part of the outstanding team who took Exigent from a single service offering to a diverse portfolio of capabilities, designed to help the legal industry achieve better business results. This journey of growth and innovation culminated in the acquisition by Morae, creating a powerhouse with the capabilities to serve the legal industry globally.
I like to think that my approach to doing business is empathetic yet provocatively challenging. I love to inspire legal departments and law firms around the globe shed old patterns and stride confidently into a future of genuine improvement. I focus not just on process efficiencies but on fostering an environment of value-driven growth.
