Biography
My name is Kathryn Vernau, and I bring over 20 years of experience performing legal department assessments and implementing process and technology solutions for Fortune 500 clients globally, including those in the oil & gas, automotive, energy, pharmaceutical, technology, government, and non-profit sectors.
I have overseen multiple projects and client teams, focusing on matter management, electronic billing, cost management strategies, document management, ethics and compliance, corporate entity management, legal liability accruals, Medicare reporting, outside counsel management, records management, and knowledge management systems. I continuously strive to optimize efficiencies for my clients by reducing legal department spend, delivering exceptional operational results, and exceeding client expectations.
Prior to joining Morae, I was a Manager at both Consilio and Huron Consulting Group, and a Consultant at Arthur Andersen in the Legal Department Consulting and Financial and Economic Consulting groups.
