Biography
I am responsible for Morae’s Legal Managed Solutions – Commercial delivery team, which encompasses a diverse range of tech-enabled lawyers, legal specialists and automated document production professionals, and offers a wide range of solutions in the commercial contracting, risk and compliance, document production and legal-tech spheres.
I lead our Client Partner-led teams based in centres of excellence in Cape Town, South Africa and Bangalore, India, with additional specialist resources across the USA and Australia, who service both corporate legal team- and law firm- clients across six contents through providing innovative outsourcing and specialist consulting solutions to resourcing, technology and specialist legal challenges.
Prior to Morae, I was the Global Director of the Legal & Technology Hub at Exigent Limited, which was acquired by Morae in 2023. Prior to that, I was the Chief Operating Officer of a pioneering medical cannabis venture, having gravitated towards more entrepreneurial ventures after spending 12 year in legal practice where I was a partner in the global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, practicing in the competition/antitrust and commercial fields.
