Biography
I have worked in Information Technology, primarily in the legal industry, for over 30 years.
My expertise lies in document and content management design and implementation, desktop architecture and deployment, application development, instructional design and documentation, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and various third-party applications designed for O365.
I oversee the NA Technical Consulting team, where we focus on developing close working relationships with clients to design, develop and implement document management systems. DMNA is responsible for cloud migrations, server updates and builds, and technical assessments, while collaborating closely with sales for project scoping and budgeting.
