Biography
I am Chuck Davis. I am a Managing Director responsible for Morae’s iManage and digital transformation business in North America.
At Morae, I spearhead a team of talented business development professionals who articulate and evangelize solutions for law firms, corporate legal departments and professional service organizations.
I refer to myself as a recovering legal-IT professional; one who has the unique capacity to translate technology-speak into business conversation. In my former life I was a technology director for two distinguished Philadelphia-based law firms. Prior to joining Morae, I was the president and co-founder of Adaptive Solutions, a leading provider of iManage services throughout the United States. Adaptive was acquired by Morae Global in August-2021.

I joined Morae to continue to provide technology leadership in today’s ever changing legal services industry. Now, more than ever, our clients need an advisor who can understand their business challenges, recommend appropriate solutions, and deliver for them from advisory through execution. The merger of Adaptive and Morae has created the world’s largest iManage implementation partner. Together, as OneMorae, we will finish the good work we started as Adaptive back in 1998.
Having worked for and in legal organizations for over 30 years, I specialize in helping attorneys and legal professionals make sound business decisions regarding their electronic content, records and knowledge management systems.
